The Midwest Ska Moment Episode 5 – Holding Out by Helva
For the first “Fallen Hero Friday” feature, Courtney has decided to highlight one of us his favorite ska-punk bands from his youth, Helva. Helva stopped making music as a group around the turn of the century, leaving behind a legacy of bangin’ tunes for the youth of today. Although we may be waiting indefinitely for a reunion for this St. Paul, MN band, we can enjoy their current musical project, a little hip-hop group known as Atmosphere!
