Ep. 463 – Rodentia Mallius

Once again, we butcher Latin for our amusement. Just call us linguistic Arminius (now that’s topical!).

This week brings a series of regular themes. Local diners with unconventional specials. St. Paul proving to hold its own in the “quaint eatery” game. Evan crushing Dave’s dreams and questioning his thinking. All very standard, really. And as the boys visit Tillie’s Farmhouse to discuss the latest John Besh controversy, why malls should really be less sad, breakfast shame and cookbook mutilation, a sense of normalcy begins to settle in. Is it the calm before the storm? Or has that phrase been ruined by our “fearsome” leader? I guess you’ll find out.

Special shout out to Blue Ox Sandwich Factory, which lacked sweaty men wielding hammers but makes a good chicken sandwich.
