In probably one of our least food-oriented shows in a while, Dave and Evan traipse on down to the reopened Blackbird Cafe to experience what it’s like for a restaurant to come back from the dead. I’d make a phoenix joke here, but given the circumstances, that seems inappropriate. Speaking of resurrections (and fire, come to think of it), we also bring up the reopening of The Nook, a place we visited pre-conflagration over 2 years ago. And speaking of things that won’t be coming back from the dead (we hope), well…we talk about that too.
