This episode, Chuck and Joel tunnel through the bottom of the barrel to the crusty underside, if not the dirt floor beneath.  Psychedelic obscurities from then-wee Michael Jackson and always-diminutive Denny Laine start things off, and further on we become acquainted with a journeyman vocalist whose anonymous keening tenor ruled the AOR airwaves in the late 70s (making Bruce Springsteen a lot of money in the process.)  Disco-prog?  Bizarro-soul?  Mod-pop?  You must be listening to Cosmic Slop!
