The Well Fed Guide To Life Episode 183 – The Legend Of Barky Herb
Another season, another Restaurant Week. And while this one brings a slightly higher price tag than in the past, there are no skimpy portions. At least at list newcomer Urban Eatery, that is. Can’t say much about the others.

The Well Fed Guide To Life Episode 181 – The Britney Spears Of Stand Up
Following this metaphor, would Carrot Top be the Lady Gaga of stand up, making Gallagher the Madonna? Questions within questions…
Not much actual food discussion this week, perhaps brought on by the lack of alligator available at Alberts Bar And Grill, famous for its gator burgers. Sure, Evan and Dave delve into Dave’s everytime foods, but they also cover the varied worlds of standup, Extra Life, Dave’s mad N64 skillz, and Evan’s impending nuptials. It’s kind of amazing how the atmosphere of a place will affect the conversation, if you think about it, which we rarely do.

The Well Fed Guide To Life Episode 180 – To Serve Man
Dave and Evan are men of the people, and not just because demographically they count for about 3 people (/fatjoke). They understand the plight of the counter jockey and the serving person, because it wasn’t too long ago that they were..them? Even now that they have jobs as high-paid attorneys/crime fighters, they can still remember the little people and thank them for their service. And if the little people bring them cheese-curd burgers like the one at Crooked Pint Ale House, well then all the better.
Maybe you have seen the news recently about local restaurant conglomerate Parasol gouging their waitstaff under the guise of higher credit card fees. Clearly we have an opinion, but what is yours? Feel free to leave comments below. Tipping is customary as well.
