Another Fancy Pants Gangsters Production!
Evan and Dave sit down at one of the many fine eating and drinking establishments in the Twin Cities to discuss the world. All topics are fair game, from pop culture to lifestyles to philosophy to bacon. Mmm bacon.
Think the View, but with guys, beer, food, and swearing.
Well Fed Guide To Life Episode 23 - Documentaries
Today we are two sleep deprived old men. I, straight from GenCon, and Dave, straight from….well…I don’t know where. Work probably. So he has no excuse.
Bonus points if you can figure out the connection between the picture, the title, and the content of the show.
Location: Vescio’s in St. Louis Park (main link is down as of post)
Opening Track: Buona Sera by Louis Prima
The Well Fed Guide To Life is brought to you in part by The Four Firkins

GenConning!
Hey everyone, as you might know I’m at GenCon right now, setting up all sorts of great interviews for YAGS and generally geeking like mad. If you are around, shoot me an email and we can split a vastly overpriced soda or something. Otherwise, you can check out my feed on Twitter if you are into that kinda thing. I’m going to try to keep up on posting. Otherwise, we’ll see you next week.
Well Fed Guide To Life Episode 22 - Crass Yet Witty
Another show where we are joined by Jason Alvey, proprietor of The Four Firkins and generally the coolest Australian we know. Much like the last show, most of the topics eventually devolve into gay jokes and giggling, but part of that is because of the fantastic (and fantastically strong) beer we all had.
Location: The Blue Nile
Opening Track: Ethopian Melody by David Hillyard and The Rocksteady 7

Well Fed Guide To Life Episode 21 - People Watching
A bit more ranty this week, but I’d like to think we still brought the funny. I promise never to use that phrase again.
As per normal, Dave and I lay the foibles of mankind to bare, be they environmentalism, conspiracy thoeries, terrible suits and ham as a condiment. But nothing could prepare us for a nearly completely empty restaurant at happy hour. I mean, Dave said he showered before we left!
Location: Uptown Bar And Cafe
Opening Track: Down On The Farm by Benny Hill

Well Fed Guide To Life Episode 20 - Hot Nude Girls (aka Too Many Seths)
This week we take Yet Another Gaming Show host Ashley out for a lovely Japanese dinner so she can give us the lowdown on the San Diego Comic Con 2008. We also talk about eel drinks, sleazy sleazy Seth Green, and why tofu is a lie.
Incidentally the pic is not from Comic Con, but Dragon Con earlier this year, but it’s too cool not to post.
Location: Tanpopo Noodle Shop
Opening Track: I Don’t Care (So There) by The Donnas
