Ep. 683 – Old Lang Signs

If I had planned on this title when we were recording, I’d have had one of the guys work in an Ant-Man reference.

A new year, an old location. Last seen in the early days of 2011, Pizzeria Lola is a decade older and a decade wiser. Unlike our hosts. And while Dave’s fascism has waned ever so slightly in the 11 years since this show, Evan’s talent for tortured metaphors have not.

Dave takes a ride on the Wineside while Evan reviews the new Fletcher’s Ice Cream location and hopefully comes up with a new neighborhood name. Plus meditations on getting older, a new calendar is formed and Serrano vs Serrano is argued this week, so you know it’s gonna be a fun one.

We’ve got a new logo! Thanks to FPG master designer Ashley Hay for whipping it up for us.
