Worse crime: misidentification or miscondimentation?

Ok, so Evan doesn’t immediately know exactly where a certain cheese comes from. At the end of the day, it’s really Dave who gets to really enjoy our impending Mall Of America show, so who is really the loser here?

The guys stick to Evan’s second home base by heading into McKinney Roe for some lunchtime “antics”, or at least as antic-like as two guys talking about grilling, Potter’s Pasties and Red Snapper can be. They do manage to get a plug in for FOTS and newly minted book man Keane Amdahl’s Lake Fish: Modern Cooking with Freshwater Fish, so it wasn’t a complete waste of time.
