Minnesota has a dearth of deep dish dispensaries, so we are forced to bend our own rules slightly and check out the chain location that made all the local foodies go “meh”, Giordano’s Uptown. Dave clears his soul over funeral hotdish, Evan throws shade on rice in hot dish, and the two manage not to interrupt the couple at the next table using an app to make conversation.
