Blogulator Radio Episode 2 – Is Our Opinion Valid?

Episode Two of Blogulator Radio, creatively titled “Is Your Opinion Valid?”, finds Qualler and Brigitte at home alone, only to find an unexpected house guest who may or may not be stalking us in a purely creepy fashion, but ends up being a good guest for our netcast episode. Our dear friend Paal stops by to discuss television topics with us, because our opinions are valid, indeed.

We start with a brief introductory discussion to set the table; from 3:27 to 6:00 we discuss Mad Men’s renewal and discuss whether or not Matthew Weiner deserves to be a pretentious a-hole; from 6:00 to 8:40 we discuss the controversy regarding some comments made by Game of Thrones author George R.R. Martin regarding the conclusion of Lost and fantasize about a TV show creator cage fight to the death; from 8:40 to 14:20 we discuss the recent news of Lights Out, and the effect of its cancellation on scripted television, and conclude from 14:20 26:00 with this week’s The Big Talk, where we discuss FX’s Archer, and why everyone should watch it, but specifically the skeptical Blogulator writers Chris and DoktorPeace. Chris and DoktorPeace, you’ve been served.

Next week, Chris checks in with another minsode of Blogulator Radio, when his wife Jerksica, author of the way too infrequently updated blog Hated and Overrated, may or may not bring her snarkiness to Blogulator Radio.

Being a modern show for modern people, we’ve got all sorts of ways to find us online. We’ve got your Facebook and your Twitter, and of course we always welcome comments or questions either in the comments below or through email at bradio@webdev2.801red.com. We also invite you to check out our non-audio version at TheBlogulator.com for more than just TV talk.
