I realize as I write this that it is Veteran’s Day, so it feels a little weird talking about the F.I.L.M. Army like it was an actual military unit. Before we get into the fun stuff, on behalf of all of us Fancy Pants Gangsters I want to thank all veterans for their service and dedication.

Now, onto the sillier stuff.

Huge doin’s this past weekend (so huge that I am just getting a chance to talk about them now). First off a big thanks to Nick and everyone at Crypticon Minneapolis for hosting a great show. We got lots of good material talking with the assembled stars, and met a lot of very interesting people to boot. You’ll be hearing from both groups on upcoming F.I.L.M. Army episodes.

Also, I’d be horribly remiss to forget to thank Nate and everyone at the Plaza Maplewood. Nate was nice enough to ask us back after we helped out with the screening of El Superbeasto a few weeks ago, and when he told me they were going to do all 3 movies in the Evil Dead Trilogy, I had to jump on it. Again, we met a lot of cool people and humiliated ourselves only slightly.
